An active participant in his industry, Fletcher serves on the board of the Illinois Broadcasters Association and spearheads numerous community-based initiatives aimed at promoting local spending. His commitment extends to supporting vital local charities, including the Children’s Therapy Center and United Way, emphasizing community-based efforts.
