Started in Radio in 2000 as part-time weekend news announcer, worked my way up to advertising executive and eventually sales manager. Left the media industry to be a financial advisor for 6 years from 2009-2015. Returned to media in 2015 as General Manager. I have only worked at one media company/radio station. Married to my wife Sheila for 20 years and we have 4 children. I love to golf and coach people.
My Market
Alton, IL/Riverbend overall population we cover is 100,000. Was once a great factory town, but those have all closed leaving our area somewhat searching for an identity. Could be a beautiful area on the Mississippi River, but sometimes lacks direction.

WBGZ-news/talk that has been on the air since 1984. Live and local M-F from 5a-6p, with the exception of Dave Ramsey from 1-3. We cover over 100 high school sports contests, affiliate for the University of Illinois Fighting Illini. AM Station with and FM translator
My Mix 94.3 FM-added this station in February of 2020. Local Radio Networks Super Hits format, which we love. Local DJ's 10 hours of the day.
