Mission Statement
The International Broadcasters’ IdeaBank is an exclusive group of accomplished commercial radio broadcasters whose members engage in, and benefit from, the confidential exchange of innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • Confidentiality
  • Attend a meeting at least once every two years
  • File a report every other month in a timely fashion.

Expectations of a good member

  • Honor our core values.
  • Support other members when they need you.
  • Make meaningful deposits on a regular basis.
  • Take time to network.
  • Recruit new members responsibly (as good or better than you).
  • Participate on the Listserv by adding deposits and responding to other member’s questions/needs.
  • Participate in meetings responsibly.
  • Read monthly Executive Director report to check proposed member list and keep up-to-date on other important Idea Bank information.
  • Provide thoughtful reports and read others.
  • Share your strength (sales, programming, engineering, etc.)
  • Be truly engaged.
  • Keep posts and discussions non-political.
  • Share ideas with your staff.
  • If asked, “yes” is the only answer.
